Once upon a time, we had this glowing orb in the sky that we liked to call sunshine. Sadly, it is a distant memory …
Also once upon a time, I could see a magnificent mountain range from the back of my home, complete with a majetic mountain which caught the first rays of sunshine each morning on its peak.
We are assured that one day, sunshine will return. When will that be, we ask? When the rain ends, we are told …
Patience, Joanne …. be patient. At least you won’t get below freezing temps. 😉

That’s how we feel during our winters. Oh where oh where is that sunshine, day after day after day. And now that spring is here and the skies are blue with the sun shining brightly, we sigh with relief and revel in its glory.

But those are very pretty flowers which might be loving the rain. What a lovely shade of lavender! Hope your glowing orb returns very soon.
