After two overcast and dismal days, spring weather has finally arrived. The sun is as bright as can be and casting shadows across the cane fields, there’s an occasional breeze, and there is no sign of rain in the fluffy white clouds. Meanwhile, I’m inside, working on assignments. But that’s okay, there will be plenty more sunny days when my assignments are finished and I can do some gardening. š
Welcome, Spring! What lovely vistas you have when the rain and clouds and mist go away. Spring always feels like a time of renewal to me.

That is how the day, even though it was the 3rd, felt to me, Barbara – renewal! Even though the calendar declared spring had arrived, Mother Nature had other plans, and what she says is final! š

Ahhh, lovely spring. I really like the second photo a lot with those spring shades of light green. The moment when you can feel the seasons shift is great.

I know what you mean, Kathy, the shades of green pop out of that photo. It must have been good light for taking photos. š
